Visits to this site

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless counter. It records the page visited, the country and the type of device. It does not set cookies and cannot identify you. That is why there is no cookie banner.

If you subscribe, we keep your email address to send up to six project newsletters, until the project ends in November 2027 or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Subscription is confirmed by double opt-in. The newsletter tool is hosted in the EU.

Survey

The survey is anonymous. We do not ask for your name or email. Answers are stored on the survey platform and analysed only in aggregate, for the project's needs-analysis report.

Focus groups and interviews

If you leave your details to take part, we keep your name, email, city and the options you ticked, only to contact you about the project, until November 2027. We never share them.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Write to info@bsafeproject.eu. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
